Parking is manageable outside festival weekends; during the Arts Festival, treat downtown lots as full by mid-morning and use the peripheral lots on the trail’s east end. The town’s parks are small enough to cover in a weekend, but the waterfront ones deserve a slower pace—bring a chair, watch the boats, and let the kids tire themselves out on the grass.
